DID YOU BUY A NEW BOOK?

  • If you buy a new book, DO NOT OPEN IT until you have gone to class.
  • Ask your professor or look at your syllabus to make sure it is the accurate text and that you plan to keep it until you get ready to sell it at the end of the semester.
  • A refund will not be granted if you open a textbook regardless if we gave you a incorrect text or not.
  • Even though StudyMaster gets your books for you, it is your
    responsibility to make sure the texts are used
    for your particular class.

 

WHAT IF I GOT A WRONG BOOK?


If you receive the wrong book, bring it back immediately! Sometimes professors change book adoptions at the last minute so don’t wait. Bring it back to exchange it for the correct one while we still have them in stock.

Refund Policy

 

  1. 100% refund deadline = 1/29/10 5:00 pm for Main Campus. No Exceptions. Get them in by this date or you will have to sell them back.
  2. Must have 2 receipts, payment receipt and itemized book receipt
  3. All new books must be unopened.
    If opened, buyback value will be issued.
  4. How you pay = How you are
    refunded
    • Credit Card = Credit back to card
    • Cash = Cash
    • Check = Store gift certificate granted, after 14 days certificate may be traded in for cash. Merchandise must be returned by refund date to get check credit.
